3 Ways to get into Alignment
You’re sitting there, reading this blog, probably looking for information to manifest your best your life.
I’m sure by now you’ve consumed so much information on Law of Attraction your head could explode. Now, you’re looking for the missing element, the missing piece. The piece that will allow you to truly manifest the life of your dreams. Live your best life.
I get it. When I first heard about the Law of Attraction, I was so intrigued by it. In fact, one of my first blogs was on Law of Attraction, if you want to read that here it is. What I didn't understand about the Law of Attraction was the work you had to do on the inside. I just thought it was a thing you could manipulate to work for you. It didn't really manifest anything I really wanted… I usually manifested what I didn't want.
Finally, all that changed because I figured out the missing piece. The one element that I was missing the whole time.
Yes, without alignment, you won't be able to manifest much or the things you truly desire.
What is alignment?
Alignment is when you are authentic to yourself, you’re one with your energy, your heart, mind, body, and soul. You follow your passion and go with the flow but take inspired action.
Sounds like a lot, at first but when you truly start to heal and discover yourself, this gets easier and easier.
Here are 3 main tips I can give you so you can really start to get into alignment and living the life you’ve always wanted.
Listen to your body: This is crucial to understanding ourselves. So many times, we fail to listen to the signals our body is sending us. Like when we're super tired and just drink more coffee rather than rest. Or when we just want a day off but go in for that overtime. Our body is begging us to slow down, and we tend to ignore it. When we listen to our body, we become one with our physical body, we start to treat it better and take care of it more. Listening to your body is critical to having a healthy life, but it is essential to alignment. If you're refusing to listen to your body, you're refusing to get into alignment. If you're thinking, but sometimes, I don’t feel like doing certain things- the best thing you can do is figure out why you’re resisting something. Then everything else will come together.
Follow your heart: I bet your eyes went wide when you read that right now. When I first healed my past, I heard that all the time. I didn’t really believe it. I was like yeah right! That thing leads me down the wrong path. Well, that’s not the truth. It’s actually our minds that distort, generalize, and misinterprets information, not our hearts. Our hearts guide us to our deepest desires, yet our minds talk us out of it for safety reasons. When we can calm down our thoughts and really start following our hearts, we do some incredible things. Yes, some are scary, but worth it. When you follow your heart, you’re guided to what you're truly meant to do in this world, and everything delivers when you figure that out!
Reprogram your unconscious mind: I hate to tell you this, but I have to. Affirmations and positive thinking aren’t enough to shift your mindset and reprogram your mind. It’s just not. If you want to recite affirmations and check your thinking, that’s cool, but the results that you’re looking for aren’t with the conscious mind. It's with the unconscious mind (UM). The UM holds our memories and listens to everything we tell it. That means it holds on to every negative thing we say to ourselves and holds on to all the trauma we've ever been through. Which means to really have a shift with your mindset, you have to start with the UM by letting go of the trauma because right now it’s only doing things to keep you safe.
These are the 3 ways you can get into alignment. By listening to your body, following your heart and reprogramming your UM. You might be thinking; how can you do all of that quickly and effortlessly?
